Hey guys, I've been very noon active lately. Had a lot of work responsibilities and started college, but i should be back in November when I get Sun and Moon. Look forward to the hinies people!!! Think about it

By living our lives we learn our faults and our weaknesses. Thinking too much, stressing the little things, worrying about our worth. I feel many of these can be solved by being open about how we feel. I'm talking the stuff we hide, that we are afraid to tell people. An easy example is that many men feel the need to hide almost all of their emotions. You all know what I mean, that old concept that men can be happy, sad, or mad. That's it, just those three feelings and often we won't show the sad. That shows weakness. But we can only truly grow by embracing everything about ourselves. I for one over think everything. I feel like I'm annoying, like I'm an ass and that people don't really want to be around me. These come from small things that I think too much on; not returning messages, always being the first to initiate contact, small glances that I think is despise. All of these and more. But for all of these things I smile pretend I don't notice and go home them dwell on it. This leads to my depression, my alcoholism, and my eating issues. I feel that by being open I can grow, maybe begin to heal. I'm also always here I'd you need to talk, about anything at all. Just want to talk about your day? Go for it. Want to tell me how that ass hole pissed you off today? I've got an ear for you. I just want you to know you aren't alone and even though we hide it well we all need help to overcome. Took me 12 years to realize it and even then there are things I refuse to tell even my closest friends and family. So I'm still learning as well. So remember always, that guy that always seems happy, he might be hiding a deep scar. That person with marks on their wrists, they are still here! The person who eats too much, or not enough, it's not necessarily by choice. Don't judge a person by what you see, because can you honestly say you've never acted the opposite of how you felt? Food for thought the next time you make a snap judgement. I love you all
