From what I'm able to infer, Hima is apologizing for the lack of updates for the next two weeks. It seems there will be a lot more pages for the next few chapters, including a new district! But who? Edit: Looks like @withnofreetime got it translated! Thanks so much! It looks like we'll be getting stories beyond the Main 8 soon.

Edit 2: The little chibi above England looks to be of Italy at first, but someone speculated that it may be Himaruya due to the glasses and hair style. Alongside the fact that Hima has never used Italy when addressing the viewer. Then again, it's been a long time since Hima has drawn himself publicly.
