New work for Get Labs
Loved shooting this campaign launching GetLabs into the healthcare space! had so much fun with the team over at Character & the Founder Kyle in helping shape their visual direction!
Nick Fouquet in his Topanga Treehouse
We had the best day with Nick Fouquet and his friends at his magical home in Topanga Canyon. Nicks hats have been on my head for the better part of the last decade and I’m so happy that he is extending his talents into the broader world of clothing. All of these peieces are part of his new line and we loved capturing this story for C-Magazine.
Family + Friends for Google
We had the pleasure of shooting a campaign for Google Photos recently. The campaign was all about friends and families connecting in real time in their homes/ out in the world at their favorite haunts. Shot over a week in Los Angeles we were able to get up close and personal, capturing glimpses of life and all it’s wonderful messiness, our favorite kind of stories to tell.
Maya Hawke & Gia Coppola for C Magazine

Covered California
As many Americans have endured the largest health crisis of our lifetimes providing a viable solution to Health Coverage for all in California remains an issue close to our hearts. Which is why were so honored when Duncan Channon invited us to collaborate with them on this important statewide health campaign for Covered California. From the outset us and the creative team wanted to work with real families and allow Californians with a range of identities - Latinx, Black, Asian American and LGBTQ to see themselves in the work. This campaign will remain a bright spot for us of this 2020 year.
Reese Witherspoon for Draper James
I have long admired Reese and her avid support of women in the arts and having just finished “Little Fires Everywhere” I was very excited to get the call to photograph Reese at her home for her clothing line, Draper James. Reese was such a delight and being an avid reader we spent our time between shots talking all things books and being moms. Reese has an incredible sense of humor and made the day such a delight for us all.

Black Lives Matter
When we see others being oppressed, hurt and killed unjustly we must listen, learn, seek to understand and speak out. One of my first photo mentors had been a National Geographic photographer for twenty some odd years, he had seen the depths of human suffering in a multitude of different capacities around the world, one of the most important things he taught me as a 22 year old aspiring photographer was that to photograph someone well you must increase your capacity to love them. People of color are suffering and have been for over 400 years, it’s (way past) time to look this in the eyes and do something about it. Increased empathy and love is something that benefits every aspect of our life, the lives of those around us and the very planet we call home… this is the great work of our very lives. I have been changed, moved, I am learning and am growing and I want to see a better world. We still have a lot to learn, but silence on this issue attacks the very nature of what it means to be human. Even if we stumble we must speak out, we must increase our awareness, push clients to cast more diversely, have more diversity on our crews, enrich our understanding and educate ourselves on the stories of our black brothers and sisters and tell those stories as people with a canvas to do so. Black Lives Matter. Black Lives are Valuable. Black Lives are Sacred. Lets increase our human capacity for love and build a more just and equitable world. in this photo; the beautiful @kingmyever & @nyangsmelanin

AG Jeans SS20 Campaign
Photos by @wearetherhoads
This campaign was an especially fun one because the Creative Director fully wanted us to do this our way, which meant shooting the campaign entirely on film. It’s an opportunity that doesn’t come across your desk everyday in this modern era of everyone wanting everything quicker and faster = digital. We were able to shoot at one of my favorite properties in LA, the Frank Lloyd Wright Millard house in Pasadena. Great models, great people, great clothes and an incredible creative team over at AG! So happy to see this one rolling out.
