                                         When the familiar sound of a bike once again                                          roars within her ears upon a lonely walk, the                                           dark-haired girl is once more struck with fear.                                          Mind jumps, wondering if perhaps those she's                                          just escaped now seek to harm her further.                                          As she spins on her heel to face them, blue                                          orbs that moments prior had been shimmering                                          already returned to prideful coldness, fear                                           is quickly replaced with confusion.  She had                                           not expected him to return --

          His demand rings familiar in her ears, the anger and           coldness now familiar.  Ah; she understands now.             He is k i n d .  A cruel attitude hid it with him as it hid           it in her, but now she sees -- now she understands.           As she wordlessly nods and climbs onto the motorcycle,           she feels -- at ease, somehow.
