I agree. The bar is pretty much in hell, but you're absolutely right. As misguided and poorly written as the Drew/Becky relationship was, I still can't hate it as much as I do Drew and Katie for those reasons. Mostly, I'm just disappointed they weren't allowed to just be friends. Or if the show was always going to go in that direction, they should have made an actual effort to start planting those hints and bringing them closer instead of spending a good 90% of the season setting up Clew.
