I’m so incredibly disappointed right now in this entire presale process.

I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then an additional 45 minutes in the queue.

For another 2 hours I tried to purchase and got all the way to checking out after entering my credit information, to be kicked out back into the queue with 2000+ others. This happened 3 separate times. 3 separate times I had confirm tickets that vanished when attempting to cash out… and now I have nothing.

How is this fair? We had LoverFest tickets, we followed all instructions, and have been lifetime fans… this is truly a disaster.
