since i wrote this up for an rp i’m in, i figured it might be helpful to some here

first step - reblog and COPY everything in the box and PASTE it where you can actually type in the text box. the gifs will not show up, that’s okay.
step two - DELETE your previous reply theirs.
step three + step four - COPY the image url on their gif and paste it underneath their reply and then blockquote their words AFTER you successfully see the gif.  you can then delete the reblog by clicking the X in the right hang corner
step five - EDIT the html so the blockquote comes after the image.
step six - save as draft, and then you can reply to it no problem

comissioner and artist. it’s always awkward, that first meeting to arrange ideas and payment and the like. even more so when your client is hot as fuck and your artist has eyes like fucking art itself. there’s almost a break in reality - but then the money changes hands, and the anniversary present is ordered.

Do you have any idea how important this is right now? Making sure you sound right without having to ask a friend to proof read you? This just made my life a whole lot easier.

OMG analyzing someone else’s text to see if you’re reacting appropriately?!? To make sure you’re interpreting them the way they intended!

  • not that I deliberately start rp’ing with people for the purposes of shipping, but if there’s chemistry, if there’s interesting interaction, then yeah, I probably ship it
  • you don’t have to ship it too; it’s fun to torture the muse with unrequited feelings okay
  • I will never pressure you into a ship
  • if you feel like i’m pressuring you, let me know and i’ll do my best to rectify the behavior
  • if you want to ship a thing, pitch it to me. the answer is probably yes.
  • that said, don’t assume it without at least mentioning it to me ooc first.
  • ships are usually in their own separate verses unless we’ve discussed something else.
  • if you ship with me I’ll ruin your life

pining is 100000% the most important aspect of pre-relationship fic for me. good-natured whole-hearted pining filled with lovelorn gazing and chest aching and fluttering touches, that’s my top priority. i was put on this earth to watch characters suffer over the profundity of their love for another person. unrequited love is why god made me. characters finding out that their feelings are reciprocated after long months/years of suffering is why the universe was assembled from nothingness. amen.
