Transgender cringe moment (hysterical edition): soaps with holes so men can fuck them give me dysphoria

I know i’m a man because if i woke up tomorrow with a penis i would absolutely fuck soap literally immediately it is my biggest want in the world to put my dick in a soaphole.

You could throw a plate across the room and a man would fuck it before it lands and i know because i’m that man

it's so funny when dudes are like all appalled by the idea of a girlfriend/partner having an onlyfans. like aahhh now everyone knows my wife is hot

ohhh my girl is so hot that people are paying to see her tits and I get to fuck her every day for free. personally it would only make the dyke superiority complex worse on my end

Visualizing @haveyouplayedthisttrpg's data

A while ago, I posted this over on the Indie RPG Newsletter but forgot to also put it here. If you haven't heard of Have You Played This, the blog runs polls about various RPGs and people can reply if they've played, read, just heard of it, or not even that.

Here's the highlights:

On average, these polls get 470 votes.

For the majority of these polls, more than 50% of respondents said they’d never heard of the game.

Out of 81 games that have been polled, only 33 games had even reached the eyes and ears of more than 50% of the respondents. Most people haven’t heard of most of the games!

And here's the image:

The image is a bit compressed. So if you’d like to read it comfortably, you can head to my google sheet and see it at full scale.

While this far from definitive (there’s also a huge variance in the number of votes for each game), it’s interesting to get a sense of what games are relatively popular. For example, Thirsty Sword Lesbians seems to be about as well-known as Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay on tumblr. Would you have guessed that? Actually, maybe, you could’ve. But would you have expected to see that Mouse Guard and Mausritter are roughly as popular – maybe tumblr just loves mice equally.

Also bless everyone who said they’d never heard of Pathfinder.

one thing that's interesting to me are the games with a low rate of Having Read compared to Having Played (for the queen, fiasco, and interstitial are all outliers here). i think this speaks to games that are very easy to play or you mainly pick them up if youre planning on playing them? vs. like wanderhome which has a very high rate of Having Read because people often enjoy reading the game just for the sake of reading it, and also because of itchio bundles

i think a lot of people would be happier if they viewed labels like homosexual and transgender as social technologies rather than identities

that is to say, "transgender" is a useful way for me to convey how i move through the world to others rather than some essential qualia. i am of a class of people with an infinite number of relationships with their genders

The straight woman is unsatisfied with straight studio porn. She wants to get off to something in which the actors actually emote and show passion beyond canned moans from the women and, at best, vacant grunts from the men. She turns to gay porn. She knows it's not "for her," but neither was the straight porn, and at least the actors look like they're enjoying themselves. And for a short while she is satiated by Sean Cody et al, but she runs into the same problems she had to begin with. She was not looking at sex but a simulacrum of sex, trapped in Plato's cave. Unsatisfied, she turned to vintage gay porn, harkening to a time when most gay bars still had darkrooms and reliably smelled of piss and Amyl Nitrite. Here was the real thing, in all its animalistic passion. But she still couldn't immerse herself in the fantasy. She wanted the media to engage with her own imagination and meet her half-way, rather than having it spoonfed to her onscreen. She turned to yaoi, with its elongated figures reminiscent of mannerist portraiture, then bara, including hardcore BDSM scenes. But the tactile sensations depicted in the pages didn't do justice to their real life counterparts. She turned deeper into her own imagination, this time reading erotica. No, not the poolside paperbacks sold at Barnes and Noble. The good shit. Why then, was she still not satisfied? She dug deeper, searching for the true meaning of eroticism. She studied the psychoanalysis of Freud, the cultural criticism of Susan Sontag, the feminist poetry of Audre Lorde. She took vacation time and flew to Europe, starting at the caves of Lascaux to explore the human urge to create, then traversed the Camino de Santiago on foot, along the way meeting a 56 year old carpenter from Burgos named Andrés, with whom she had an explosive affair. They both knew it couldn't last, which made them cherish each other's touch all the more. Upon flying home, she gave up. If her search for true eroticism never bore fruit this whole time, why would it now? It would take years before she stumbled upon the answer by pure happenstance: dubstep.

you sit down at the plastic table because your partner likes being outside at the bar even though it’s 90 degrees and 60% humidity at 10pm and you thought this corduroy dress was soooo cute but now youre all sweaty and so one of your balls has escaped your panties but youre wearing fishnets so your loose nut is now dying like a sea turtle in a six pack ring and youre the desperate diver trying to save it but blind and one handed and stone faced cause you can’t draw attention to the fact that youre doing a high stakes wildlife rescue on your stupid scrotum in public because it might turn into a six month news cycle and desantis might fly out to personally bulldoze the bar. and its a thursday

just saw a post accusing keanu reeves of being a zionist because [checks notes] the producers of john wick hired an israeli consultant on the film to do his firearms training. can we not do this.

before people say anything about the "return the hostages" letter he did not sign, wouldnt it be crazy if people brought that letter up or commented on a celebrity's israel/palestine stance in literally any other context than when they're specifically going after actors of color... you know who's gone beyond putting their name on a letter and actively voiced support of israel? mark hamill. florence pugh. jamie lee curtis. reese witherspoon. and somehow..for some reason.... i haven't heard a single person on here mention any of their beloved white faves... and i'm over here matrix dodging people telling me that taika waititi deserves to die because he has the audacity being an indigenous man who's saying the exact same things as his white peers. either you throw all of them away or you stop playing this game.

On his unit Duvdevan:

Cohen began his counterterrorism service in Israels ‘mista'aravim’ or 'Arabist' unit (Hebrew: מסתערבים; Arabic: مستعربين, romanized: musta'ribīn) which is the name given Israels elite counterterrorism units that operate undercover. These units are specifically trained to assimilate among the local Arab population and are tasked with performing high risk terrorist arrests, intelligence gathering, and targeted assassinations; and use disguise and surprise as their main weapon.

To be clear the guy Keanu trained with was a member of an elite IDF death squad. He was not just some random Israeli consultant with firearms training. I don't know if Keanu Reeves is a Zionist and this post is the first time I'd even heard about this connection but I do think downplaying the fact he trained with:

US media's favorite apartheid assassin undercuts your point. Like sure the producers chose this freak but Keanu Reeves then worked with him. If he'd received combat training from one of the guys who did the My Lai massacre that would also make him look bad.

at least in my circles, the people talking about taika waititi were people of color themselves. Taika has been an issue for years now because of his show being about woobified slaveowners. people are talking about him now while also remembering the context of other things he did in the past.

also, an actor on keanu's level has sway in the industry. he can make demands for a movie that thrives on his name and brand. we know this. john wick is one of the biggest blockbuster franchises so of course we're going to be focused on him. if keanu wanted to make up for this, then he should have been vocal about Palestine. this post is implying that keanu has no power over the people he works with.

also also. people have been talking about mark hamil and his anti-indigenous stances. I've seen posts over the years talk about his racism.

also also also. people talked about jamie lee curtis. back in october people were sharing her ig posts and her racism. we haven't focused on her since because of her irrelevancy. she is not having a popular movie or show come out as far as i know. neither is mark hamil. neither is florence pugh.

i don't care about most american media. i have said on this blog before that i can't stand watching anything these days because i know a vast majority of people in the industry are zionists. i dont care about him specifically. but you're writing this post assuming all the people interacting with the keanu post are... what? doing this out of racism? keanu reeves has so much social capital on here. so does taiki. keanu is about to have a popular movie franchise come out. taiki had his show. people are talking about them right now because they're timely and anticipating big followings. in taiki's case, he literally fired people from his show because of pro-palestine stances.

again. i don't care about media. i just genuinely don't understand what the purpose of the post was other than to imply people are being racist for having bare minimum standards of celebrities not interacting with israeli army members in a casual or professional capacity, and pretending you don't know why people are talking about keanu when its obvious because the news made a big deal of his hiring as shadow. if mark hamil or florence pugh or whatever are going to have a big movie out soon and people talk about it, i'll talk about them too.
