Here mostly be dragons. And here sometimes be math and computer science. My mom is HTTYD canon.

How to train your dragon at Universal Epic Universe in Orlando

“One of the new park’s themed lands will be based on the DreamWorks’ How to Train Your Dragon film series. Thanks to some recently filed permits we’re learning more about the World of Dragons land at Epic Universe, including some of the layouts for the new land’s proposed attractions.”

Omt guys can you believe that???? There will be a whole land dedicated to HTTYD!!

There should be a Forbidden Friendship attraction where you must befriend Toothless in order to gain access to the park. And if you are successful, he spits up a raw fish that unlocks the rest of the rides. (You get to keep the fish)

Booty shorts that say “this.... is berk. it’s 12 days north of hopeless and a few degrees south of freezing to death. its located solidly on the meridian of misery. My village: in a word, sturdy. it’s been here for 7 generations, but every single building is new. We have fishing, hunting, and a charming view of the sunsets. the only problems are the pests. You see, while most places have mice or mosquitoes, we have...... dragons” on the ass

don’t tempt me, i have nothing to lose.

I just can't figure out why they decided to set a short about Snoggletog, the holiday when dragons have their babies, before the film epilogue, where we are shown dragon babies. Why would they do such a thing??

They said Homecoming's story takes place before the epilogue. That can't possibly mean that joyride in the last movie is really the last time Hiccup and Toothless see each other again. I really hope what they mean is that well you know, the story starts before the final joyride and picks up after that. Cuz I'm scared.

I heard that around but until I see the short, I’m not convinced. How can Hiccup do the whole “I don’t know you” touch scene remake thing if he’d already seen Toothless in Homecoming?? And how can the kids be the same ages as in the movie?

Honestly it has to take place after the epilogue, or if anything, after the touch scene and before the Final Flight. But that’s just hair-splitting at this point, and I seriously doubt DWA is going to do that.

Maybe they’re just saying that to placate DeBlois who wanted the movies to show the final final stories of Hiccup and Toothless.

The short does take place before the epilogue. And Hiccup and Astrid's children DO indeed introduce their children to the Furies and Night Lights for the first time two times: once first time meeting during the short, and later, the second first time meeting during the epilogue.

This is because Hiccup and Astrid have two pairs of identical twins (Zephyrs A and B and Nuffinks A and B) and introduce the A-children during the short and the B-children during the epilogue.

The answer is 1, why is everyone a delinquent?

Y'all please, learn your pemdas (or bodmas or whatever you learned it as)

It's 16

*sigh*

Parentheses equation is 2+2, which is 4.

Now we multiply by 2 to get 4x2 which is 8

8 DIVIDED BY 8 is 1.

I have no fucking clue how you can get 16 out of this. I don’t think you’re bad at math, I think you just need glasses.

It’s 1.

It’s 16.

8 / 2 * (2+2) =

8/2 * (4) =

4*4 = 16

You do the parentheses, then you go left to right.

That isn’t how this works.....

PEMDAS

8/2*(2+2) (P = Parentheses)

8/2*(4) (M = Multiply)

8/8=1 (D = Division)

Use Mathpapa calculator if you still don’t believe me.

No, Riley.

M isn't in the original problem but 8÷2 still needs a resolution. You have to solve 8÷2 as-is after (2+2) no matter what.

So you're not following PEMDAS by factoring x4 into 8÷2.

It's literally this simple.

I, uh, I think it’s 1, actually.

Plug it into a searchbar, or a scientific calculator that waits until the whole thing is input & that's the answer.

1

No need.

This is something I've learnt the hard way. (Please excuse me if I have written something wrong, English is not my mother language)

1. Your phone calculator is not scientific. It's for basic operations, what you need is a real scientific calculator like the one in my image.

2. PEMDAS IS PEMDAS, Math never changes.

I'm literally getting a headache people are so stupid it's 1, this person is right PEMDAS is PEMDAS and the answer is 1

Nah it’s 16

im pretty sure that's not right key

I mean if you can show me why sure but my professor and I are pretty sure this is correct

This is wholesome content! Gods and Ancestors bless this post!

To the one that used a phone calculator. Nope, never trust the phone calculator. I had to spam parantheses to get the right answer after discovering its bufoonery.

I have published work in mathematics AND I’m using graph paper so you know I’m legit… you’re all wrong, the answer is SIX. Proof below.
