Also apparently tumblr hasn't been notifying me about getting messages/asks so I apologize to everyone who's been waiting for a while ;-; I'll just manually check from now on rather than relying on the red squares so I don't miss something or have a long period of time where I don't respond!
Had an amazing time at Colossalcon! Lots of wild stories and fun hang out times ^^ Met a ton of awesome new people too! We were recognized wayyy more times as Thrawn and Mara than I ever expected to be. It was nice meeting new Star Wars fans and having people geek out hardcore to cosplays we put so much effort into ^^ We usually cosplay the lesser known and often undone characters, so we're not used to that much affection. But it was nice!
If we talked at all during the weekend please let me know! There were a lot of cool people who approached us this con ^^

I've been away for 2 months, and I can't really say I've missed tumblr all that much. This site eats away a lot of your time, and at least once a day I would see some stupid post that irritates me in ways it shouldn't.
But I figured I should at least come back on here for a couple of weeks given that Colossalcon is coming up! I may not miss the site but I do miss my followers and friends that are on it ^^

After a week of absence on here (or was it 2?) I've decided that a hiatus from this website really is a good choice for me. I'll still be around on other social media sites, its just tumblr that I really need a break from. I'll be reblogging/reposting this post for the next few days before I log off for good! (at least for several months anyway)

Hey guys! Wanna help me out? I’m looking to start applying for freelance writing jobs on a website. The problem is, I have nothing under my writing portfolio. So what I’m asking is, could you guys give me some prompts? I’m only looking for 3 or 4 as a start so I can at least have something posted. As I start getting projects I can start putting those under that tab but I really don’t want to apply for jobs with no examples of my writing style there.
I’m looking for a couple of creative prompts, something “research” oriented that answers a question, and something non-fiction about something you find interesting.
