Audrey was wearing:
- Suit: Givenchy (of ivory wool, short coat, collarless and with ¾ sleeves, double-breasted with buttons of resin in the same color, and a skirt slightly in “A” line, with a pleat in the front, both pieces lined with silk, of his collection for the Spring of 1962).
- Hat: Givenchy (a slightly larger size of the pillbox model covered with felt in a shade of caramel, of his collection for the Spring of 1962).
Note: Her makeup was done by Alberto De Rossi.
Make-up can only make you look pretty on the outside but it doesn’t help if you’re ugly on the inside, unless you eat the make-up.“

Happy Birthday, Audrey Kathleen Ruston! (May 4th, 1929.)
One of the most elegant and sophisticated actresses to grace the silver screen – and no doubt extremely talented as well. Audrey was a beautiful person, inside and out, and was very hardworking and talented. After her film career, she became a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador – choosing to help little children in need. Happy birthday, Audrey. You were an angel on this earth.
“How shall I sum up my life? I think I have been particularly lucky. does that have something to do with faith also? I know my mother always used to say, ‘Good things aren’t supposed to just fall in your lap. God is very generous, but He expects you to do your part first.’ so you have to make that effort. But at the end of a bad time or a huge effort, I’ve always had - how shall I say it? - the prize at the end. My whole life shows that.” Audrey Hepburn ( May 4, 1929 - January 20, 1993 )
