Requires Seasons. Scripted item. Teru teru bozu are Japanese good weather charms. Use it to make the weather sunny if it is not. Use it to make the weather rainy if it is sunny.

New mesh (294 HLOD, 194 MLOD.) Five presets, 3-4 recolorable parts. Mesh sits offcenter of footprint for better use with windows and doors. Hangs on wall, shiftable, doesn't impede routing, hides when wall is down. Custom thumbnail. Found under misc entertainment, kids misc, and outdoor lawn ornaments, §888.

Gigantic thank you to the generous souls who helped me localise a good chunk of strings. The remainder has been machine translated so, sorry in advance.

Ten textured floors to turn any flat pattern into proper carpeting. One recolorable channel, no custom thumbnail, found under Carpet, §4.

One convenience outweighed another, so this is an all-or-nothing download. Loose files would not stick together in the catalog, creating a hunt to find them. However, the varieties are all presets so they are easy to get rid of by deleting the presets. The order they are presented here is their preset order.

A small assortment of things I needed so maybe you need them too: recycling bin fix, invisible dance floors, full rotation for sink decor, more flexible outdoor showers...

Addendum

Casual/Serious Bartender: Sims cannot route to grab entire trays of drinks to place into their personal inventory if the bar is butted up against a wall like I intended the causal version to be used. The routing for this action takes place on the other side of the bar so there isn't anything I can do about it. You can get around this by dragging the tray anywhere else. I'm sorry I didn't catch and disclose this when I posted it.

Requires Grandpa's Grove Tractor. Five piece set of recolorable tracks. Includes parking space, narrow, curve, T-junction, and cross intersection. All have 1 recolorable part, 5 matching presets, one of which makes them invisible. Removed hay and fencing. Custom thumbnails. All route pieces are §20, parking space is §21 so that it always sits after the others in your catalog.

I do not recommend using this set if you are unfamiliar with how the tractor tracks function. These pieces will not highlight to display problematic areas when checking route validity like EA's and the route indicator bumps are quite small on the T-junction pieces.

Here is a bonus inventing object, Junk Bin. It has 3 recolorable parts, 5 presets, 2 deco slots, functioning geostates. Its footprint is offset, so it is where the surface would be, not where the bin itself is. Has all the same caveats as the other inventing object. Custom thumbnail. §250

While this is a cast off, there is nothing functionally wrong with this item. I simply wanted something even smaller in the end.

Requires AMB. One tile counter-height inventing table item with 2 deco slots. 4 recolorable channels, 4 presets. First preset features clean clutter, second is grungy, last two have a fully recolorable can. Place over any counter height surface, etc, etc. Custom thumbnail. §415

Standard non-island counters are too shallow for this item, causing your sim's work to hang off the edge. This item suffers from the same problem as my inventing table in that simbots will spawn off of the surface, but it's only a momentary cosmetic issue. Patterns tile poorly on the handles of the tools. Due to the shape of the mesh, it may be finicky to place things in the slots, just remember to hover over the item, not the surface.

Update

  • Removed occluders. The object no longer casts an indoor shadow.
  • Moveobjects on is no longer needed to place the item over surfaces.
  • Nudged potion placement so it is no longer hanging half way off the table.
  • Fixed broken strings.

It has the same object ID, so any placed in your world will not be lost upon update. Sorry about the trouble. I hadn't played TS3 in a year, which is probably how I didn't notice this for so long. I will try to make a better functioning one eventually. Happy Friday.

One tile buffet set-up with 4 small deco slots. 3 recolorable parts with 2 mask variations, 4 presets. Place over dining table height surface of choice, no need for moveobjects on, can be approached from the front and/or behind. Fits one tile round tables too but deco will be a tight fit. Custom thumbnails. Found in parties and outdoor dining. §100

Two versions. Normal EA version and one that requires Inge's Pay Buffet mod. Install both or either. As usual, use a slot blocker for surfaces underneath at your discretion.

Update

My old eyes must have missed it -- the multiplier for the casual/serious bartender was far too dark. I have replaced it with a brighter one and reuploaded both files. The file size has bloated to 308KB as a result. I'm sorry.

Requires LN. Detabled pro bar for easier decorating, plus a one-tile variety for use at home. 4 recolorable channels, 2 presets (one with default bottles, one with recolorable.) Install both or either. Custom thumbnails.

Serious Bartender: Possesses all the qualities of its bigger parent, just without the bulk. Attach stools then use moveobjects on to place over whatever counter height surface you prefer. §900

Casual Bartender: One tile, one slot, no stool slots. Intended for use at home, preferably against a wall as you won't be using the other side for taking orders (you can, however, it'd just be a traffic jam.) §600

Besides one animation that has a chance to fire when mixologists perform "drinks on the house!" and of course when they rummage through a bottom shelf that no longer exists, all animations play with no clipping or stretching. Counters can still snap to the invisible ends of the bar but it functionally doesn't matter if you use these or not. You can still summon and use snack bowls for the one-tile bar which can be good or a minor annoyance depending on how you've decorated. The serving slots on the one-tile bar technically still exist, so you may see a momentary routing thought bubble if the single slot is occupied and your sim has made more drinks. I generally suggest using a slot blocker for whatever surface you place under the one-tile bar, especially in a small space.

Simple wall-mounted 1-tile tables, in dining table and counter heights. Two edge styles: square and rounded. Custom thumbnails, tileable lighting, individually packaged, all §45.

Square shape has 3 recolorable parts (top, sides, front), round has 2 recolorable parts (top, sides.) Both have 3 presets, 3 chair slots, snap to wall, do not disappear when wall is down, cannot be moved up and down, will not tile on diagonal walls. They can be found in dining and miscellaneous surfaces.

About counter height tables: I preserved three chair slots for flexibility but three sims cannot sit at the same counter height table at the same time. This happens to also be the case for LN pub table, so I figure it's some EA limitation. You will find two sims may sit directly across from each other, one sim may sit alone, but any other configuration will result in musical chairs. Sims can still speak with one another from adjacent tables so it has no real impact on gameplay, just keep it in mind while decorating. The dining table variant functions as expected.
