I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

We're still hoping to hit our next big stretch goals, but there's just 16 hours left!! If you could help spread the news or contribute, I would be eternally grateful! Help me pay my vet bills! And look forward to not hearing me constantly talk about this Kickstarter anymore, right? :)

pro-AI in the sense of "they taught a bread scanning computer to recognize cancer cells" etc etc

against AI in the sense of "we stole artwork from hundreds to thousands of artists, didn't credit them and didn't financially compensate them"

Alright: here's my official cry for help. You can see the latest updates in my pinned, but here's a shorter post for sharing purposes specifically

If you haven't been following, early on Wednesday morning I awoke to my youngest cat Bojji gagging and choking down a plastic ribbon that had already begun its journey into his intestines. The ER vets managed to safely surgically extract it from his small intestines, where it had already began bunching things up in the exact way these things risk doing. all seemed like it would be well, and that he might even be released the next afternoon.

the next morning, however, testing of a fluid that formed around his lungs overnight proved it to be laden with bacteria-containing cells that presumably entered the chest cavity by an esophageal laceration from the struggle with the ribbon. he had quickly worsened in condition and began to go into septic shock, and in a call that has now made this situation well beyond my finances, I begged them to save his life.

and they did. he's now recovering in the ICU and improving every day, and much faster than anyone expected after the condition he'd been in!! but this is still adding up just as fast--as anyone who's had to get prolonged pet emergency care can attest, I'm sure. I've maxed out my care credit and am hurriedly applying for discover loans as my parents begrudgingly hand over their credit cards to keep his care going through tomorrow. things are getting pretty bad.

Please... he's only 2. He deserves so many more years of life and I refuse to let a ribbon take that from him. I know none of you can just hand a stranger thousands of dollars, but any amount truly helps, as does sharing. Thank you in advance, and keep sending my boy your best fast-healing vibes.
