Why you should never buy sex toys on Amazon.
I see people on here all the time talking about buying sex toys on Amazon so it’s time to run through this again. I know it may seem like you’re saving money but when something seems too good to be true it usually is.
- The main reason you shouldn’t buy sex toys on Amazon is that, unlike buying from reputable retailers, you have absolutely no garuntee that the product you’re buying hasn’t been used, returned, and resold. The sex you industy in America is almost completely unregulated so really can’t trust amazon to hold better business practices than legally required. People have found bodily fluid and pubic hair on toys purchased from Amazon.
- The second biggest reason is that you’re more than likely buying an expensive knock off labeled as a brand name item. The way the amazon marketplace works is by sorting items with the same bar code name into the same catagory. So let’s say you want a wi vibe so you pay for one but what happens is that amazon doesn’t log a difference between a brand name Wi-vibe and a knock off from China. They’re both just labeled “wi-vibe” so you pay for a quality item and get a cheap knock off. So you may think you’re getting a high quality item for $50 but instead you’re getting a $10 look alike that will die and malfunction quickly. Imagine paying for a Lelo (the most luxury sex toy brand) and getting something nothing like that.
- And lastly, it’s not safe for you! Because the chances of you getting a knock off are so high, it’s very likely that you’ll get something made out of harmful materials. A lot of the sex toys made cheaply in China and places like that have no body safe regulations on materials so not only could you pay for a brand name item and not get it , but you might actually get something that could make you sick or even poison you. Some toys will even leak oils and chemicals when exposed to water or fluids.
In summation, buying from Amazon is NOT safe for you, will most likely rip you off, and you could even be getting used products.

Well more like psa about 2 types of pythons that I noticed get confused a lot.
This is a ball python
They only get about 5 feet at the largest. Males are usually smaller at 3 feet. They get big enough to eat large rodents like rats and are popular beginner reptile pets for their docile nature and generally easy care.
And this is a burmese python
They range from around 12 feet, with males usually being a bit smaller. They are sometimes kept as pets too, but by more experienced reptile owners. They can eat small deer, monkeys, rabbits and very large rodents.
Note the differences in face, size, body and usual pattern. Please stop using stock images when talking about burmese pythons, which have been making the news from time to time as they are a invasive species in flordia and its causing them environmental issues. Because of this pet owners get even more stigma against their moderately sized snake and I have people ask me all the time if my ball python is going to giant like a burmese and try to eat me. (thats a whole other discourse for another post)

Also important information: A cop cannot arrest you for something you already took. You can tell a cop to his face that you just injected black tar heroin in your veins and as long as you don’t currently have any on you (including things like syringes or residue in a pipe), there’s fuck all he can do about it.
I take police reports for a living. The number of people who will happily tell someone “Well officer, this fight started because I smoked crack cocaine earlier,” is astounding and also not at all illegal. The criminal charge is for Possession of a Controlled Substance. If you don’t possess any at the time, there’s no crime. The only thing you can get dinged for is if you’re actively on a drug and driving, in which case - DUI.
Please, please, please tell EMTs what you took. They’re not going to rat you out to the cops and even if they did, you will still be okay.
Spreading the word, being honest with paramedics and doctors can save your life
I would also suggest don’t take drugs from people you dont trust/know because sometimes people do lace something like weed with other drugs.
