Fellow creators, I need help once again! Where can I download the latest version of S4 CAS Tools which is SAFE to use?

I updated my Sims4Studio to the latest version, but now CasTools can't open files I created in the newest s4s. I used an older version of castools I believe v3.8.1.0

Unpopular k-pop opinion(?), but sped-up, slowed down and millions of remix versions of existing songs are sooo unnecessary and lazy. No, I won't listen to 5 different remixes even if I like that song. And now they make albums consisting only of such versions. 😑
