Not yet! Today is the last day to claim, so you’ll probably see one sometime tomorrow morning around noon EST. I’ll be updating on twitter @xingdaefest to let everyone know when emails have been sent out.
(However, if you know what your prompt is, you can get started on your fic whenever inspiration strikes!)

No need to apologize! Even the “best” writers aren’t very confident about their writing, but I personally think everyone has their own style and can improve just by reading other people’s work and getting inspiration. Most fic writers I’ve seen have usually read a lot of books and were able to follow styles that they liked and made it their own.
The great thing about a prompt fest is that you’re already given a basic story line and the main characters involved, so it just needs to be fleshed out. It’s also good to get someone to beta your fic so you can get feedback.
And of course practice makes perfect!
I don’t write very often, so I can’t give you the best advice, but does anyone have any other tips that they’d like to share?

Since when do people ship Lay and Chen? I thought it was always LayxSuho but I kinda get the feeling that Suho's cockblocking everyone.
People shipped Lay/Chen in the past more than they have recently (since Lay has been responsible for promoting EXO in China and isn’t together with the group as often). If you look through the blog a little bit you can see a lot of their really close moments.
They’re both part of EXO-M, vocalists, and have very similar playful personalities but they can also be extremely sincere so they understand each other well. They tend to pick each other often for who they’re most close with in EXO (if Baekhyun is already picked by someone else since Chen is usually all over him) Their birthdays are also only two weeks apart!!
but tru suho always gets in the way of all the fun
