Season 1: Nandor tells Guillermo that Guillermo is his best friend.

Season 3: Guillermo pretending to be Nandor tells Meg that Guillermo is "my best friend".

Guillermo was barely conscious but apparently not so much that he didn't hear Nandor. But he also heard Nandor try and hypnotize him to forget, so he never said anything. He just carried it around in his heart for three seasons.
