with that he is officially done, but hopefully ill still wear him for närcon to also get to show him off a bit!

unfortunately its really hard to recommend anything unless you specify, there is just too much out there! maybe im a bit oldschool but for me i usually find tutorials for my various projects just by searching on youtube.

I finished commissions for my dad!! He asked me to draw him together with his favorite comic characters c,: I’m curious to see if people will recognise the styles!? Also enjoy my dad in lot’s of different styles.

For someone that wants to get into sewing and creating cosplays, how should someone start, or how did you start? I am kind of overwhelmed with where to begin but I really want to learn, I just don't know where to start.
hi! good but hard question, i started sewing so long ago and also took some education in it so im afraid i dont have a lot of great tips... one thing i did a lot at first was to alter thrifted finds, which is also really helpful to learn about garment construction! i find it good to break things down as much as possible, so for example research how to make the collar for a shirt instead of the entire shirt at once. there is great tutorials for just about anything, so what you need to figure out is usually just what words to search for! hope this helps at least a little bit, and good luck!
