Hi, I really wanted to ask you a small question- Why is it that so many people refer to Stan, "Grunkle" Stan as Stanford, and Ford as Stanley? It's really confusing me and I'd really appreciate some clarification!

Because the Mystery Trio was a popular fan theory before we knew what had actually happened. There was lots of fan art and fanfic for the Mystery Trio before we found it it was an au instead of what really happened. You have to remember that, until ‘A Tale of Two Stans’ came out, we thought Grunkle Stan was called Stanford since he was pretending to be his brother.

Imagine Stan walking in on Fidds and Ford making out, and before Ford can explain, Stan says "I always knew you were gay"

Okay, we’ve gotten plenty of unreplied to asks but omygod this is amazing. (ScaryKittyGal)

I really want to know - is the Fiddlestan ship Fiddleford and Stanley or Fiddleford and Stanford? Or whichever the artist picks?

It’s usually Fiddleford and Stanford; Fidds/Stanley is called Fiddley--

for now, unless the Stan swap or G4G theory is true

A bunch of  classic Mystery twins/tiro type sketches.

I’ve had a headcanon that Charles was the one who planted the garden around the Gleeful house and put a lot of work into it. It’s his pride and joy.

and a random sketch of panicked  Stanford for some reasons with some sketches of our aged and tried Author who I figured would be an avid sketcher a long with all the notes he takes. I really liked the little portrait I sketched even it did make me sad.

The bottom page is some development sketches for Charles Gleeful’s backstory, so there’s a little shot of him as a much younger man, ((looking WAY to much like how I draw older-Gideon)) and a sketch of what maybe his wife I haven’t talked about.

“They don’t call me Fiddle for nothing!”

“Oh please! I can beat you easily!”

“You’re on! Winner takes all our souls!”

“We’re doomed! Yay.” “Deal!”

The devil went down to Georgia he’s lookin’ for a soul to steal.

Johnny risen up your bow and play that fiddle hard, cause Hell’s broke loose in Georgia and the devil deals it hard.

If you lose the devil gets your soul!

someone kill me now, or give me ideas either one.

I adore your 80's mystery trio pic :D I could just imagine Fidds being challenged to a dance off and being defeated *totally can't handle the sparkles and fainting*. Then Stanley and Stanford come to the rescue. EPIC DANCE OFF!

That would be amazingnesss!

“Here 70′s, hold my nerd.” “Oh god, I think I’m blind.”

“I’m going to show you real dancing. You oversized glitter-bomb!”

*RAGE DANCES TO VICTORY*

Alternate Universe where Stanley actually joins the Blind Eye Society to forget, following Fiddleford slowly but surely down a path of insanity until they are both old hillbillies singing tunes in the junkyard while the world burns.

Oh and in the spirit of April of the Fools….

Headcannon: The Pines family will find McGucket, having desperately tried to get away, but he ran into some sort of barrier. He’s lost hope of escape, crying. Stanley hangs back as the others rush over to the hillbilly, a sense of familiarity present. Stan calls him nerd, Stanley makes the connection. McGucket looks at Lee in shock and tries to say something, Stanley embraces him, whispering, "I thought I’d never get to see you in your right mind again, Ford. How long have you been alone too?"

I SODESPERATELY WANT SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN! All I want is for them all tobe reunited and happy, at least for a while. Yes, they’ve all made mistakes butthey are glad to see each other again.
