If you want something else here’s the Clever-verse version of the Valeyard. In his own universe he was the incarnation right after Clever. (So 12. or 13. Doctor depending on how you see it.) He was what would have happened if “The Glitch” managed got take over completely.
Yes. This guy.
He was the bad guy all along.
Mister Clever was never a new personality that took over the Doctor’s brain, he was the Doctor, Chibi was the personification of his emotions that he refused to accept, in one timeline he got so desperate for freedom he became the Valeyard.
He’s got scars all over his body from where his cyebernetics used to be, during regeneration they pretty much burned out, including his fake eye which is why Valey’s right eye is blind.
I’m not sure I ever determined exactly how he lost his eye, it either got cut out by the Valeyard himself or the alternate Twilight.
I never quite determined the end of the blog itself, except that it would involve Clever regenerating at some point, and I had a couple of ideas on what would happen to him.
1- The above. Chibi takes over and becomes a very hateful unicorn. This was always planned to be more of an “alternate timeline” though and the Valeyard we met in Dodge may not have been from this exact universe (the alternate Twilight sure wasn’t) but from one very similar.
2- (The most likely ending) He becomes an alternate version of the Peter Capaldi-incarnation, complete with the same scars the Valeyard had but a slightly more agreeable personality which would either be a merging of Chibi and Clever (so more like how he was before) or he’d just keep having a slight case of split personality. (Though the “Clever” persona would be less of a douche-bag)
Alternatively the cybernetics just burned out his brain entirely and he regenerated without any memories. Anything could happen from that point, but he’d probably be relatively fine after that.
