It is feminism, actually. Rape culture is a huge problem, and many people in positions of authority will take any excuse not to investigate rapes and prosecute rapists. The above information is an example of many excuses these people use to ignore rapes. If the person was physically responding, it couldn’t have been rape! Rape culture is anti-feminist, victim blaming, predatory bullshit. So the above information is absolutely feminism in action. And if anyone thinks feminism isn’t 90 percent science and common sense, you really don’t understand what feminism is.
