Ali Ewoldt’s Rooftop dress, and what I suspect is the same from Samantha Hill’s Christine wardrobe, and a similar on Lisa Vroman.

This exact dress is vintage, as it’s made of two layers of fabric opposed to the single layer brocades they do today. This one has a shiny blue base, with a delicate lace overlay with beading of pearls and sequins. It’s paired with silvery grey lace, pink rosettas and a petticoat with pink/blue lace. This creates an ever-changing colour and a Disney Princess-worthy appearance. So here’s a photoset.
