It is not the prettiest but here is a little chart I made of skin tones.

The idea is to eye-drop anywhere on the chart to get a unique skin tone instead of getting stuck in the loop of “white, tan, dark”.

Takao Aozame recently remade drawings of the early concepts of CF Roll, that is apparently included in the artbook from Special Selection Rockman.EXE, which is pretty interesting since it’s quite different from the final design, that had a dress, to name a significant change.

If you ask me… I like this version better, even if we can make some changes, but I was never a fan of the dress.

Reminder: This is redrawn, not the actual concepts from the artbook. I’ll keep you posted about that.

Brian Jacques has been a huge inspiration for me, in my writing but just as a person as well. He was a wonderful, wonderful man and I felt the need to pay tribute to him somehow…

((I know this is from The Taggerung and beautiful in context, but I’ve used a picture of Tess from the TV series - from the wiki page - because when I was singing it, I imagined teenage Tess being on dibbun-minding duty and, like her Mum, Cornflower and Sister May before her, having to sing for the little horrors darlings at least a dozen times before they’ll go to sleep and leave her in peace… I just have a lot of feelings over this little Churchmouse, okay?))
