Oha, she really wanted to be extra sure, he thought when she closed the door even further, though what made her believe this building was so safe now? He knew it first hand that Soul Society had some odd ways to surveillance their people.
“Well good, I rather not see him alive again,” he replied, looking slightly more relaxed now as he really had expected such bad news now. “Ah…” Hearing they were sort of family now, freaked him a little bit out and she would actually see him take a step back. “…and you ain’t mad now or anything that your … I don’t know, is dead?” he asked somewhat carefully, though the moment, he saw her hand change, he would use his own Fullbring. The sharp side of his blade stopping right in front of her neck. “I’m really not in the mood for another kid, who follows this asshole loyally,” he stated. She really should have approached him a little bit better or kept such a dangerous ability hidden for a bit longer.
She narrowed her eyes just a little at the suggestion that she would somehow mourn Tokinada’s death.
“I think you overestimate the relationship Tokinada and I had. But I assure you, I’m very much glad that he’s dead.” She noted tersely.
Of course, when that blade swung up it dragged through the air, slowing down several inches before it could get close to her neck, lagging behind his intended speed as that black obsidian raced up her shoulder and wrapped around her neck, further encasing her in that black glass as she eyed the blade as it stopped short o that protective casing.
“Tokinada was not involved in my making. The Tsunayashiro have been collecting and keeping track of humans with what you call fullbring potential for ages. Tokinada was simply a bit more....extreme in how he operated. With his most recent stunt, he killed almost all of the elders in the family, and slaughtered a hefty number of the upper members of the Clan. He wasn’t exactly next in line to succeed as head of the family, so he went through a lot of trouble to put himself in that position. His actions, and his blatant disregard for any secrecy, decency, or adherence to the integrity of the worlds, has put the Tsunayashiro family in a sorry, shameful position. ”
She smiled.
“The only thing that I ever owed that man, was him revealing to me that I was, originally, a human, stolen from the world of the living. A fact he revealed to me primarily to make me suffer. I’d tried in the past to get rid of him, so really, I aught to thank you for your hand in taking him down. Which, in fact, is half of why I’m here.”
