god, i hate that i have to even consider making this post, but here goes.
i’ve gotten into a bit of a rough patch at home, as i’m at a point with my familial relations that i’ve had to start working with teachers behind my parents’ backs on a plan to drop out of high school and get my GED. (backstory on this: i have anxiety disorders because of perfectionism issues and other things) my parents literally cannot be informed of the drop-out plan until last minute because (and i’ve tried) they don’t want a dropout in the family and they think i’m just trying to be lazy. (my parents are also teachers) i currently cannot get a job as my parents manage all my time with schoolwork and won’t let me get a job unless it’s through the school internship program (which is for interning, and i would only be allowed a minimum wage burger-flipper type job)
add to the equation i’m a closeted lesbian in a conservative mennonite (think amish but without the clothes and lack of electricity) household, and i’m kinda fucking screwed atm.
basically, i just wanted to let u guys know that i’ll have a paypal link available on my blog and this post, as a safeguard? i don’t want it to come to that, but if it does, the money will be used for getting to a safe place, food, and other neccessities. it’s not an obligation, but if u have a few bucks and wouldn’t mind, i’d appreciate anything.

Avian: "Eh, she was never in it for the long term, not like Spiral and I. She said she'd been thinking about it while we were on break. For her, it was something fun, but now that she has Lychee and Plum, she's ready to settle down."
Dahlia: "Oh. I'm guessing that's where I come in, then?"
Avian: "Yeah! See, when she told us, we were actually in the middle of figuring out what to do for our next album, and since we're out our lead vocalist--"
Dahlia: "You want me to sing for you?!"
Avian: "Haha, yeah! You know we think you're great, and from the sound of it, you could use the leg up."
Dahlia: "Oh, yeah, definitely."
Avian: "Great! I'll contact you sometime next week or something and we can figure somethin’ out. It sounds like we're both pretty busy right now."
Dahlia: "Yeaaah I better get back downstairs. Talk to you later!"

Willow: "...Hey! Why don't we go ask Glory to show you some new moves, huh?"

Avian: "Actually, speaking of our careers, that's kinda why I called you."

Dahlia: "Don't even get me started. I haven't gotten a consistent gig schedule in ages. I used to be making some kind of headway years ago; I played around the state, met people, and at least one of my albums sold pretty well. People knew my name then, but since I slowed down, it's so hard to get back in the game, and when I'd thought I did, it never took off. Plus, nothing I write has been any good lately, and it just...feels like I've hit a wall."
Avian: "I get what you mean. It's tough being your own agent."
Dahlia: "Yeah, I've been regretting it for a while now..."

Dahlia: "No, nothing like that, thankfully. I doubt you'd want to hear my whining anyway."
Avian: "D, we've been friends for years. Besides, you sound like you have a story to tell, so spill it."
Dahlia: "Well...I'm just feeling kind of...stuck. Really stuck."
Dahlia: *sigh* "You go ahead and make yourself comfortable. I'm gonna take this."
Morning Glory: "Hell yeah I will! We'll just...talk more later."’

Dahlia: "I have no idea. I tried asking all three of them, but Orange and Mocha basically told me to just mind my own business, and Pluto doesn't have a clue. Hell, he was the one who asked me."
Morning Glory: "Wow. He never mentioned anything to us, and I've been friends with him since I moved here...I mean, you told me you've been babysitting for them, but I never knew why."
Dahlia: "I think he's trying to keep it quiet, considering his position, and I don't really blame him. He can't exactly be a father or a decent mayor if journalists are hounding him about where his wife is, especially with him running for governor."
Morning Glory: "So are he and Mocha...?"
Dahlia: "No, which Mocha should feel lucky Pluto is as patient as he is. He looks like he's doing fine despite everything. I mean, they have been going on these little 'trips' for a while now, and they always come back, it's just been happening more often. If Pluto actually thinks it's a problem, though, he's not showing it, even to me or Will. Just...ugh. The whole thing is frustrating as hell, and this on top of everything else..."
Morning Glory: "At least you both are helping out. I'd give him a call, but, eh. With these guys, you have to let them come to you. I'm going to do a back-flip off Mocha's face if I see her though."
Dahlia: *laugh* "Watcher, same."
