Perfection Engine by Alberloze

Updates every Wednesday.

A race of angelic beings called Eidolons strive for a perfect society as penance for their beloved Maker. One day, the Maker will return and their reunion and redemption shall bring them all bliss — or so the Eidolons believe.

Hello! I will be moving back to the United States in a few months, and I could use some help for my US bank account in preparation for the move back home.

Also please help me get Nier Automata for Steam on March 10th. ;u;

There will be three slots open at a time, and repeat commissioners/multiple orders will get 30% off every 3rd commission.

I will draw OCs, fan characters, fandom characters, real life people (with their permission), and pairings of all orientations. I am open to drawing blood, gore, and suggestive content; please discuss with me however on the suggestive content.

I will not draw hateful or sexually explicit content.

Alternatively, if you donate to Planned Parenthood  or the American Civil Liberties Union for the amount equivalent to your desired commission and show me the receipt, I can also take that as a form of payment!

I also hit 100 followers on my art blog, so on March 12th, I will give away one free B/W commission from the pool of those who reblog this post!

Thank you for your interest and thank you for signal boosts!

A tiny journal-ish gif-comic from a few tweets I made last night!  I believed this kind of stuff until I was 14 or so, which is pretty old in retrospect…

There used to be more but I accidentally saved over it :/

I did manage to recover one other page, though!

(the end!)

this is my favorite thing that I have ever seen in my entire life

The Limerick Bard Makes a Friend

So first and foremost: Yes, this campaign is still going. Second: one of the GM’s friends joined in and rolled a paladin that is kind of like a classic samurai in attitude.

GM: [giving the rundown of the characters] He’s a druid and has a wolf as his animal companion. She’s the party rogue, formerly of the circus, and in training to become a thief-acrobat. His barbarian’s name is “Nectar”, pronounced “Nek-Tarr”. Don’t get it wrong. And he’s… a bard. He speaks entirely in limericks.

Paladin: Why?

GM: I didn’t want him to play a bard so I set an impossible standard for him to meet and he met it.

Paladin: Holy fuck that’s amazing.

[Fast forward to when we actually meet the paladin in game.]

GM: You come across the warrior in the clearing, surrounded by a ring of bandit corpses. She cleans off her single-edged sword and sheathes it with a practiced meticulousness. She hears your approach and rises from her station.

Paladin: The battle was long.               I fear I killed far too much.               Do not judge me. Please.

Nectar: This is a mighty warrior indeed! What do you call yourself? Will you fight with us?

Paladin: My name is Elya.               Tell me: Do your cause be just?               If so: I will fight.

Druid: We seek to kill necromancers and their undead legions. What cause can be more just than that?

Paladin: Stand with you, I will.               So, in carnage, I shall bloom,               Like flowers at dawn.

Bard: That verse, I know it true.           I don’t mean to offend you,           But would it be crime           To call your rhyme           The verse known as “haiku”?

DM: [Looks over at his friend] I swear, if you do this, you’re dead to me.

Paladin: You’re trained in your craft               To recognize ancient form.               I like you, indeed.

Bard (OOC): Booyah! Poetry prevails

DM: I am going to find an excuse to kill both of you, I swear.

Guess this is a collection of various sheets that I’ve been making to help run NWOD campaigns.  Little bits and pieces that really help get myself on top of organizing and keeping things consistent in my campaigns.    Not sure if it will be helpful to anyone else, as everyone has their own methods of doing things, but there’s no harm in sharing

It includes:

-Npc Mini statsheets: A collection of blank NPC sheets, which are compact and have limited stat details.  I’ve found its easier to navigate through the numerous npcs or enemies that your players will encounter. A simple Ctrl+F reduces the time needed to find little details or specific characters, without sifting through various sheets.

-A small session planner/plot notes sheets: Just a simple template to keep your ideas and concepts for a session organized and easy to understand.  It helps if you aren’t the only gm in a campaign, and you guys need to pass on ideas fairly rapidly.  The colour system separates GM a from GM B, meaning that your notes aren’t being edited by someone else right away.  (also makes discussion of ideas easier and more visible, rather than using the notes system)

-Stat sheet template: Fairly simple and user friendly.  The one in the spreadsheet is more relevant to geist players than anything else.

-Exp calculator:  It only goes up to 5 dots.  Its not the most elegant of things, but it definitely does help out when you’re just getting used to the way WOD Exp/Time  works in regards to learning new things.

-Item fabrication calculator:  You can change any of the values willy nilly, but it helps keep the number of successes needed to craft things   It’s set up to create more melee weapons at the moment, but can be tweaked however you need it to be.
