Everything ED Recovery

@everythingeatingdisordered / everythingeatingdisordered.tumblr.com

This blog contains information and support regarding restrictive eating disorders and the recovery process. This recovery blog is run by Sarah Frances Young, a 27-year-old recovered woman. I am not a doctor, so if you have a medical issues please see one. I give advice based on the best of my knowledge and experience, but I do not know everything. My advice is not to be misconstrued as professional medical advice. I support unrestricted eating (this includes the MinnieMaud approach) and do not advocate the "health and fitness" approach to recovery, as I do not believe that will lead to a full recovery and view it as a compromise. However, I understand that there are people that are unable to engage in the method of recovery that I advocate on this blog for many reasons, and I support everyone in recovery, regardless of whether I have differing views on their chosen method of recovery. We are all battling/have battled the same demons, and we should all encourage and support each other in moving forward to healthier, happier lives. Views expressed on this blog are my personal opinions. If you don't agree with my views regarding recovery, have a read through "links (important/useful info)" or if not, this blog may not be for you. Before increasing your calories in recovery please read this post on re-feeding syndrome to see if you are at risk. If you are under the age of 18, please include your parents and/or treatment team in decisions regarding your recovery. PLEASE READ MY FAQ BEFORE SENDING ME A MESSAGE

I've been blogging about my experience in self-isolation. Not particularly eloquent and more a documentation of thoughts, feelings, and how I am getting through the days, but if you are at home and also bored and cabin fevery, take a look! I am now on Day 4, but I forgot to post here so here's day 0! You can check out the other days also on the blog posts :)
