Steve Rogers except the serum made him super duper strong and incredible as always but his body stayed the same size.
He comes out of the chamber and theyre all just like 'aw man it didnt work' and send him home and he FULLY doesnt even realise he's become 800× more powerful until he trudges back to his apartment and accidentally puts his fist straight through the solid oak door as he's pushing it open. And hes just like..........hm. okay. I'm kinda pooped tho so I'll deal with that in the morning.
He eventually does still manage to become cap, he wears the same uniform, carries the same shield, but... Everyone involved just has no idea how this skinny bastard man works like WHERE IS THE MUSCLE???? WHAT ARE THE PHYSICS????? Every single villain that sees him for the first time underestimates him to an embarrassing degree and they laugh at him when they see his ruler-thin ass for the first time or wonder whether the 'real' Cap that everyone fears is out of commission or smthn but then Steve just. Idk pulls a helicopter out of the sky and throws it at them and theyre like????? I BEG YOUR PARDON??????

This is only the beginning. Our country has not only entered a new decade, it seems a new dawning era as well, because this flaming apocalypse doesn't show any sign of stopping any time soon.
And you know what saddens me? I've never seen Australian tragedies trending here on this website. I mean it's been going on for months and only now does it seem to really be getting recognized, even if it is only at #9.
And I'm going to be honest with you here - the internet, and media in general is so American centric, this website being no exception. You'd think that an entire continent being on fire for several months with devastating consequences would have more recognition, but no, it really doesn't. The most notes I've ever seen on a post about the Australian fires is at least a few thousand, and that's about it.
So just... please. If you can, with this post or any other post in regards to the fires going on down here, reblog. Because the only thing that should be spreading like wildfire, is a post about a burning country...
the ultimate joke is on J.K. Rowilng because while she might be a TERF and deny the very existence of trans people, the very characters she wrote wouldn’t agree with her. you cannot tell me that Harry, a boy abused for most of his childhood and then constantly ostracized for being different, or Luna, someone who found the quiet strength in being herself despite everyone telling her she shouldn’t be, would not be 100% accepting and loving of trans people. there absolutely are trans students at Hogwarts, students who are loved and appreciated and allowed to be themselves. the Sorting Hat believed the most important indication of where you should be sorted is where you WANT to be sorted. gender is your personal expression and identity of it, regardless of what society told you when you were born. to all my trans and nonbinary friends out there, it isn’t up to a sorting hat to pick your house or for J.K. Rowling to determine your gender; it is up to YOU. help will always be given to those who ask for it at Hogwarts.
