Me: RW/BY has a lot of weird writing choices that I think were executed poorly and it’s really starting to weigh on me and my view of the show. It’s hard to enjoy it when these writing choices seem so carelessly implemented and a lot of important concepts aren’t really explained in depth-

I am a big fan of Rooster Teeth. I enjoy most of their shorts and animated content and greatly enjoy my involvement in the fandom. I love the inclusiveness of the community and the quality of their productions. So why do I feel so uneasy about their latest documentary?

my fave thing in s11 is that scene where felix is talking with the crew all casual and its all friendly and chill and usual banter and then theyre like who tf are you and hes like “im a freelancer” and the entire bgc cock their guns and aim automatically in dead silence and felix is like wWAIT SHIT SHIT I MEAN A MERCENARY IM A GUN FOR HIRE SHIT

good moment because 1. it was a lowkey note of how far the bgc had come and how they were actually pretty badass and prepared to take down freelancers in seconds flat at that point, aint gonna put up with any more freelancer bs 2. its fun to see felix thrown off guard and scared shitless by the reds and blues

ive seen some people whining about the recent changes to the lets play channel so im just gonna set some things straight real quick:

- kinda funny, screwattack and the creatures (and funhaus and achievement hunter) are going to be featuring content on the lets play channel, as well as being listed under the rooster teeth brand

- there will most likely be more collab videos with ah and the groups that have joined on the lets play channel, as well as content just from the groups themselves

- the reason why the lets play logo was changed from the ah logo is because its no longer an ah exclusive channel

- achievement hunter is still achievement hunter. the latter groups are not joining achievement hunter. you can still watch ah content on the ah channel

- same with all the other channels that joined lets play

- no one is forcing you to watch every single bit of content lets play produces. dont wanna watch a creatures video? cool beans. not a fan of screw attack? no problem. new to rooster teeth because you were a fan of one of the groups that joined and just want to watch content from them? awesome. watch the content that you wanna watch. thats the point of the channel. different types of content for people who like different things.
