Flame Liberator Write Up!

I rarely use Tumblr but it’s easier to link to than a Twitter thread. Here’s a quick runthrough of how I made Lea’s Flame Liberator Keyblade from KH3 (the one in DDD has a different handle, it’s not round like the KH3 one is).

Here’s some ref images:

Let’s get started! I modeled the handle myself, however I’m just not good enough at organic modelling to make the blade. I’m still working on it, and will upload it to Thingiverse when it’s finished. It went from idea to completion in just under a month, so I didn’t have too long to spend trying to model the blade.

Read it all below the break!

Organization XIII Coats Resources

I wanted to make an info post instead of a full tutorial, just drop some resources in case anyone is gonna try these themselves.

The full build thread is on Twitter and in my 2019 Cosplay Moment.

Finally published my Prompto belt buckle model. It’s not good but it’s functional. I meant to fix it before I published it (it was so so... so rushed) but it’s been over a year and I just don’t have the time. If I ever do I’ll mark it as finished on Thingiverse.

You will need to scale this to fit your belt, I printed mine at 55mm wide (y axis) .

Okay because Spoonflower’s design tools are absolute garbage, I decided to put the post here, and hopefully if you’re googling Prompto’s shirt fabric, you’ll be able to see this post.

I offer the fabric in 2 variations; small and all sizes. The smaller size is more accurate around the neckline, the larger size has no black gap at the top. You can see by my photo I used the small size fabric.

NOTE:  This pattern is sized ONLY for Organic Cotton Knit Ultra or Organic Cotton Sateen Ultra from Spoonflower. If you get a different fabric it won’t print right

Tank Top Pattern: http://www.patternsforpirates.com/product/mens-muscle-tank/ I vectored the shirt around this pattern. This thing runs really large, if you’re a men’s small you’re probably an xs in the pattern.

The bandana ended up looking dumb when we used the whole thing, the fabric was too thick, so I ended up using about 1/3 of the fabric.

I vectored the entire shirt and bandana myself, my computer absolutely ate shit. I tried to make them as canon accurate as humanly possible. If you have any questions, you can message me on Instagram or Twitter @misslaneyluck, or email me at misslaneyluck@gmail.com. I rarely check Spoonflower/ Tumblr
