still hasn't really sunk in! Training is going great and learning so much new stuff is always brilliant.

Update:
Almost time to get back to karate after the christmas break. a week and it's time to get back into the gi and start the real work for that 1st dan/black belt!
The date thats in the diary is March 1st! but thats obviously a huge MAYBE. if Im ready on the day. It's going to take so much work for me to be 'ready' but i'll do everything I can to get my technique and form fit to be a black belt by march!
Going to up my training as on January to training in Cardiff, as well as usual AVHKK training, just to be sure! extra training won't do anything but benefit me i suppose. not going to over do it but definitely not going to be slack either.
