who’s ready for a nicomaki giveaway!!

giveaway period: may 15 to june 5 june 13 11:59pm pst

the month of may marks the one year anniversary of my nicomaki zine, which was made possible by my followers. i have a few items left, so why not celebrate by giving them away to people who want them!

there are 4 prizes total:

  1. one copy of NKMK: An Unofficial Nico x Maki Zine. there is a printing flaw on maki’s cheek that causes a white discoloration. other than that, the zine is in good condition!
  2. one nicomaki button, a limited edition that came with original preorders of the zine
  3. one nicomaki charm i made over the summer that sold out
  4. one nicomaki button that is currently still in stock in my shop

depending on the results, i may add a bonus prize or two along the way!

requirements:

  • this giveaway is for my followers as of the moment this post goes live. while i discourage people following for prizes, i do acknowledge my long-time lurkers who don’t have tumblrs but intend to make one to participate. if that is you, just let me know and be honest please! :) as long as you are following me, you may enter!
  • i will be limiting shipping to the united states, but if you are down to pay 13~ USD for international shipping, let me know!

here is how you can enter:

  1. make something for nicomaki and submit it to the #nicomaki tag! it can be art, fic, an edit etc. as long as you genuinely put in effort and it is something you’d like to see others submit to the tag, it is valid!
  2. email me at monmonillustration@gmail.com with a link to your submission and tumblr url (if your entry is posted to a different blog, give me your main url as well so i can check that you are following me). please include the word ‘giveaway’ in your subject line. 1 entry per person!
  3. once the giveaway period is over, i will pick one winner myself, have the lluminati pick one, and pick the rest by random number generator. winners will be sent emails and announced here!
  4. winners will pick their prize in order

part of the spirit of this giveaway is encouraging people to submit to the tag, including those who haven’t before! therefore, i am not imposing any Real limits such as word count, canvas size etc. just make what you want to see! happy creating!

the 1 year anniversary of my nicomaki zine is coming up…:^) 

i think i have one extra copy that has a small printing flaw on the cover but would anyone be interested if i held a giveaway for it? i think i have an extra nicomaki charm as well!
