OMG! It's real. Swimmable Pond Sims 2.... whispers [For Download]
So, @kashmiresims literally is a genius. The base/pre made swimmable pond was made by them. I did the DECO, because I'm a DECO girlie. I've had my sims swimming their butts off.
It's literally so much fun. I also love that you can see the fish swimming with them, like OMG!
So tranquil as well. So whether you're looking for some peaceful Lake/Pond nights, or a fun spot. This Lot is for you.

On the fifteenth day of GOATmas, my Goatie gave to me...
...flannel hoodies with turtlenecks, for dudes!
Super cute mesh conversion by @kayleigh-83! And I thought that it must must have some plaids, stripes and texture on it.
This contains a mesh fix - to soften some hard lines, fix a clipping issue present at the wrists, and to close a gap that was happening between the hoodie and the neck. My fix will overwrite the original meshes.
For teens and for adults as well.

The mesh is a conversion by @nonsensical-pixels, but I've smoothed out some hard edges and fixed some black spots. My mesh will overwrite.

I've wanted to make a basic overview like this for a long time. I didn't realise how long the guide would end up! It's text-heavy, no screenshots, no videos.
I initially wanted to write something to solve the problem of people getting confused about the difference between ReShade (the tool) and shaders when they update to a newer version and find their presets might not look quite the same. I quickly realised that required a proper understanding of what ReShade actually is and how its different constituent parts work.
Never one to do things by halves, I got stuck in.
The result is something that hopefully gives a solid grounding in the way ReShade works, so people are better equipped to solve their own problems as they arise.

Last week the Sims 4 got a new pack, this week Sims 2 players get that same pack! In a collaboration with @platinumaspiration and @tvickiesims and a HUGE assist from @episims, we bring you "The Sims 2 For Rent CC Expansion Pack!"
This is a large set, and advisable that it does not get merged even further than it already is! - I ran into some issues when trying to do this!
When you explore this pack, please take a look at the marble ring rug, it has some surprisingly cute rug swatches! I put a swatch in it to remove the marbles themselves, so you have a cute small rug! - I only mention this as I was going to bin the rug off once uploaded, but then I found it had some lovely swatches!
FUNCTIONALITY
So most of the items will function as they should and intended as. Its just not just deco items.
There is two collection files included, separated into build buy! Please note that fences and stairs and spandrels cant be but into a collection!
- The squatty toilet that took me over 12 hours to make, yeah they squat, animation can be a bit bouncy but such is life. This toilet also can be flushed, get dirty and is cleanable!
- Outdoor plants are seasonal!
- Counters are animated with insides built, there is no drawer on the counter, I did not want to change the shape of the unit, and saw EA did the same
- ignore the fact they grab something from a non existent drawer - Wardrobes have interiors elements, and have working doors!
- Each Kettle have two versions, choose only one, one for the colour traits mod / one 'normal'. They function as Tea makers! Huazzah!
- Spandrels in build mode are classified as fences. I made a variant with fence / no fence.
- Several of the larger deco pieces such as the Arch Gate, or umbrella are actually lights!
- Radiators act like radiators!
- The Aircon Unit is completely functional, doesn't lower bills, but it does lower sims temperatures!
- "Water Heaters" act like solar panels, they get money off your bills!
- The Electrical Fuse box has 2 versions, I kept them both in, one wall deco and one functions as a burglar alarm - I wanted more alarms.
- Most Sofas / Chairs have morphs!
- Slots added to the Vanity and Bathroom Cabinet!
FENCES / SPANDRELS / STAIRS OH MY!
- I have included swatch images of each of the spandrels, fences and stairs and labelled them to match, this is so that you can go in and take out any of the swatches you do not want. This is because there are lot of new fences and the menu can feel cluttered with them in for some people.

Finally got around to finishing some male clothes I've been working on! Some of these pieces by @sforzcc (I think I'm pretty close to having converted their entire page lmao) have caught my eye a long time ago and I've wanted them in my game ever since. โฅ
Sooo, you get three pairs of pants and two tops, the top on the right is base game because those pants with the shirt around the waist cause clipping with most tops, but I thought they were pretty cool despite that. ๐ฆ
This set consists of:
- matinรฉe 2.0: jeans remake (regular jeans, version 4) for AM paired with rock point boots by @sforzcc (2,130 polys, 8 swatches, both morhps);
- birdie shirt by @sforzcc for both AM + TM (repo'd to the adult version, 1,830 polys, 8 swatches, both morphs). This is actually a re-texture done on this mesh originally converted by @mdpthatsme and @deedee-sims has added morphs here. The shirt caught my eye and when I saw that the textures matched perfectly I was thrilled!
- azalea parka by @sforzcc for AM (2,915 polys, 7 swatches, both morphs); the turtleneck part might cause some clipping, sorry!
- azalea corduroys paired with rock point boots (as well) by @sforzcc for AM (2,280 polys, 11 swatches, both morphs);
- jule jeans paired with slasher sneakers by @sforzcc for AM (2,510 polys, 8 swatches, both morphs);

I just chopped this skirt in half... hehe. They're for adults and teens, they have the appropriate morphs. They come in the original 12 colors (swatch is stolen), and you can choose if you want the TF files repo'd to their AF counterparts, or not. Shoes are by JulieJ :)

On the eight day of GOATmas, my Goatie gave to me...
...a little fix of some cute hoodies for TF and AF!
However: the TF mesh is a reupload, as it has a small fix to remove a small gapping issue, and is still named exactly the same, if you happen to have it in your game.
The AF mesh had a fat morph, but I've added a preg morph. Both had bad bumpmaps, which have been removed.

Hi everybody!
I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who sent a message or made a comment asking me to continue with the sims 2 content.
After many tries, I had to reset my computer, and I ended up losing a few things along the way. But Iโm trying to keep going, and today I woke up inspired and decided to bring new content.
This set was stored in my list for a long time and I decided to change it. I loved the end result and I hope you do too.
