Getting Into DAY6 Masterlist

A few facts about the band to start off.

DAY6 is a self-composing 5-member boy band (formerly 6) from JYP Entertainment. (YES THEY ARE FROM JYPE)  Originally called 5live until the addition of Dowoon the drummer in Mid 2015

They debuted on September 7, 2015, with the song Congratulations from the debut album, “The Day”  (BLESS THIS SARCASTIC SONG)

Last year, 2016, they came back with the song, Letting Go, from the album “Daydream”.

  • In charge of the electric guitar (has two: Mery and Sir Nutcracker the 5th - don’t ask me why they name their instruments)
  • Had a youtube channel called yellowpostitman (check out his awesome fetus jae covers)
  • Was in the Top 6 of Kpop Star Season 1
  • Part of RenKidz (group of kids from KS—any KARD’s BM fans out there)

Park Sungjin (Leada, Bangbangie)

  • Born on January 16, 1993
  • From Busan. SPEAKS WITH THE ACCENT. IT’S PART OF HIS SOUL.
  • Dancing machine. no, seriously you should see how he dances.

  • Born on December 19, 1993
  • Guitarist turned Bassist because Jae stole his position. Rapper. (Names: Jane (red), Lisa (white))
  • Lived in Toronto, Canada for 4 years TOHRUNUH
  • Participated in Baek Ahyeon’s Shouldn’t Have
  • Had cameos in Dream High 1&2 (barely there)
  • is currently Business Management major (you’re almost there bro you can do it) at Dongguk Uni

Yoon Dowoon (Dowooner, Dowoonator)

  • Born on August 25, 1995
  • MAKNAE with a deep voice of a truck driver
  • Joined the group in 2015
  • In charge of the drums
  • used to be so shy now he’s so savage
  • Like Sungjin, he’s from Busan and yes he has the accent too ^^
  • The only one in the group who is not a vocal but that’s about to change he’s been getting vocal lessons
