Edit: Since a lot of people were asking. Tom is annoyed because the same guy asked for his autograph about 8 times. This person is probably an autograph hound, looking for autographs to sell to the highest bidder. They’re usually very annoying pushing the fans out of the way to get what they want. A lot of celebrites give up giving autographs because of this. Tom just called him out, rightfully so.
