Do you know maybe of an rpg or at least an rpg setting that combines furries with cyberpunk? Something like the Magnum Bullets music video on youtube?
I don't know of anything that specific sadly, I was hoping the people behind Ironclaw (a fantasy RPG starring anthropomorphic animals that I keep hearing good things about) would've done one but the closest they have is a film noir RPG with furries which is... you know that's actually pretty close because there's a lot of overlap between noir and the most popular cyberpunk stories. But it definitely won't be up to task here.
My recommendation would be to simply use whatever cyberpunk RPG you feel is the coolest and then simply reflavor the characters to be anthro animals. I will never stop recommending Hard Wired Island, it's by far my favorite cyberpunk RPG.
Also hell yeah Magnum Bullets is such a bop and the music video is amazing.
If you dig through the annals of time, waaaay back in 1988, there was the Justifiers RPG, which was basically Cyberpunk Megacorporations Build Furries To Explore And Tame New Worlds. It looks like you can still pick it up on Drive-Thru RPG, but … well, it wasn't exactly state of the art in 1988. I can't imagine it aged well.
Meanwhile, here at the Bleeding Edge of the One-and-Twenty, Sanguine Productions ("the people behind Ironclaw") is currently working on Eumorphica - Transhuman Spacefaring Role-Play, a post-Cyberpunk game using the same underlying mechanics as Ironclaw and Urban Jungle (the film noir furry RPG mentioned above). Since Eumorphica is a system and setting where your character is wearing a body they designed to their own specifications, furries ("recombinant neomorphs") are just one of many possible options.
Oooh thank you for these, these might be more along the lines of what anon was looking for
Cyberpunk Red has an entire supplement for adding furries.

Can SNW please pay more than lip service to queer representation?
I'm enjoying it, don't get me wrong, but after getting used to DISCO and being... disappointed... by how Picard handled their queer characters, I'm exhausted by SNW's effort to keep their show "acceptable" to a certain crowd...
They should have gone full hog and made Mariner X Uhura or Boiler X Spock a thing during the crossover.
the x files is funny because at the time it was “progressive” or whatever to have the ultra-rational, levelheaded character be a woman
but it’s also a show where all the fucked up alien shit actually is real, so she’s just constantly wrong about everything
What’s funny is how often they’re both wrong. Mulder will be like “the victims all had their livers scooped clean out this is obviously the aliens escalating from cattle mutilation” and Scully will be like “don’t be silly Mulder this is clearly just a serial killer who’s really good with surgical tools” and then it turns out the actual killer is an immortal sewer man who comes out ever quarterly century to feast on human liver.
I cannot stress enough that this is literally the plot of an actual episode
Everyone forgets that Scully becomes the believer after Mulder leaves the series.
It takes her a while, but she opens her eyes to the reality around her.

“Carol falls down all the time, but she always gets back up — we say that about Captain America as well, but Captain America gets back up because it’s the right thing to do. Carol gets back up because ‘Fuck you.’ ” — Kelly Sue DeConnick on Carol Danvers
Anyone else find this scene’s message rather backwards? Every time she falls is preceded by someone telling her she will fail because she’s a girl. The film never frames it as they are wrong, since she falls just like they say she will. Then she get’s up, like she is overcoming the failure, which was just established as being the fault of her being a girl.
The visual story telling is saying that being a girl is a flaw she is overcoming.
