This Platypus Pokemon was commissioned by @kyuremfan24 and is his own design. He’s looking for a name, so please share your ideas!
??? (Poison/Water) #032 (Attack Form) - This Pokemon’s soft beak isn’t good for attacking, so they’ve developed a unique approach to avoid trouble. While they looks for a safe place to settle, they will stand on its front legs and use their intimidating-looking tail to scare passing Pokemon while their beak imitates a tail. As opponents stare at their tail’s false eyes, they will lunge out with poison-filled hind claws.
??? (Water/Poison) #032 (Defense Form) - After losing 50% or more health, these Pokemon decide to switch their posture and stand straight up, becoming more defensive as a result. Their soft, durable beak absorb attacks while they lash out with their sharp claws. Their poison-filled tail protects them from attacks from behind.

really love imagining a bunch a kids and teens on their pokemon journeys staying the night on the couches and floors in the lobbies of pokemon centers, having long talks about their experiences and feelings sharing funny and scary stories and myths about legendaries and trading items and sharing TMs along with sugary snacks and pokedex chargers all while their pokemon are out of their pokeballs and all bundled up in blankets sleeping soundly next to their trainers while they stare up at the stars shining through the glass ceiling over their heads
