“Oops. Sorry about that Joy. Wasn’t really thinking there.” He gave her a nervous smile.

It then dawned on him. “Is the phase almost over? Will boybands be next you think?” How happy he’d be if they didn’t have to listen to those songs over and over again.

“Well yeah…” Mike confesses, most people don’t freak out as much.”I don’t keep secrets from people. I tell them the horrors of this place, and they usually keep way… They are still machines no less, just possessed…”

“Honesty, I appreciate. Yes. Thank you!” He rambled. “But there’s also time and place to aid with that information… And the only thing worse than killer machines would probably be, possessed killer machines!”

Building the Future

A smile came upon Disgust’s face as she began, “Well, the only reason why I wanted the manual was because I wanted to understand how the memory generator worked. I just wanted to manipulate it enough so that only certain colored memories came out of there.”

That explained things. No wonder she was shipping around the book so much. “That sounds awfully risky.” Fear spoke slowly, holding his hands. “Even with a manual, we’re not mind workers you know. Best to leave it as it is.”

“Where’s the fun in that?”

“...You don’t think video games are fun? That’s weird.”
