cycled 30 miles today LIKE A PRO
I just had a major panic attack. I don't know what triggered it, but I definitely do not want to experience that again
in the years that I've had IBS, I've never had a trigger food, with attacks happening largely at random. after a few experiments, I have since determined that grapes seem to be a trigger for me. and I fucking love grapes man
today I cycled around 13 miles so I'm very pleased with myself

it's super duper fantastic that the company that takes care of my insulin pump stuff sent my order to Liverpool even though I explicitly gave them my Hull address where I have lived for nearly 3 weeks. so guess who has 2 thumbs and has to go back to pens?
