I know that everyone has realized this already but I absolutely love how on such a confusing album, she gave us a through line to understanding through the track 5s.
So Long London & How Did it End being the most directly about Joe & being the track 5s is such a lovely way for her to say, “this is what was behind it all. This is what I was really so upset about.”
I just love the lyric “I hope it’s shitty at the black dog” because the whole song she’s saying she can’t believe he’s just forgot to turn off location sharing and being sad and she’s like “also, I hope you have a bad day” incredible.

it’s kind of mind blowing how much people can’t seem to grasp that Taylor’s feelings for Matty were real in the moment hence these songs but she’s also clearly telling us they were a result of mania and basically a breakdown!! I am going to night 2 Stockholm and since it’s only the second weekend of euro tour I’ve decided I need to stay off all social media for the Paris shows until mine so I can try and be as surprised as possible
This stage of album listening always throws me off because I have heard all the songs and have some favorites and I want to just put them on repeat, but I also know other songs will grow on me and some tend to become my favorite later so I don’t want to not listen to all of them AH.
