I think the feathered bat thing is a cool idea but doesn't translate super well? At some point it's like, well does a bat have feathers? it doesn't.
Also the reverse direction scallops I had to abandon. I can't harness all the ideas that 2011 me had

a fun part is trying to create elements that Barry might eventually borrow for HIS costume

also trade off for annoying costume to color would be bioluminescence that makes sure the costume’s always lit the same or something

struggled with this design, but once I narrowed the scope to an Older Mags, I was able to narrow it down to a more regal, comfortable look.
Something warm, along with a cane and some hidden orthopedics in his boots.

went for a very sporty track and field-y confident and fun look!
16. Black Adam/Teth Adam
went for a very basic look of an egyptian fashioned god-like human-- the goal was to create a proto-Shazam/Superman who ultimately gets corrupted into Black Adam
The permanent soot covered skin is a pull from Kratos

went for a more greek/roman inspired vibe, looked at a lot of Jen Zee’s Hades work
