Seeking a reliable professional lawns and gardens contractor who specializes in refurbishing and maintaining outdoor spaces for a development located on a corner block in Algester (see photo). This would be an ongoing role with mowing, garden clean-ups, weed control, mulch delivery, trimming and removal of garden/palm waste. Preference to mature age contractors with the appropriate Public Liability and General Property insurances for the industry.

This role would be the start of many jobs including, for example, ongoing Body Corporate work.

All communications to be by text and email, inclusive of before and after photos of job.

All invoicing must be prompt, so we do not have to chase up for end of month payments.

Housing values posted a broad-based rise in February with CoreLogic’s national Home Value Index (HVI) up 0.6% in February.
