Kesha’s case was denied because there wasn’t enough evidence against Dr. Luke - because she. never. pressed. charges. Kesha’s case was denied because you can’t just break a contract without consequences. She needs to fulfill or break it by buying herself out or have substantial evidence to support your case. Whether her allegations are true or not RAPE is a serious issue and a serious word.. but please look at the entire picture of a story.
