Next to a dragon, Thorin was not exactly of intimidating stature, but it had been too long since he had walked the halls of Erebor. Too long of not belonging anywhere. He would not allow this great burning worm to inhabit his home any longer. He had made it here and he would rather die than walk away now.
"I will drive you from this place if it's the last thing I ever do."

Reason why I follow you
I saw you from afar and cried. There was a long long time of simply staring at the follow button because like with every Thorin I finally work up the courage to follow, I whisper to myself ( they already play with a Bilbo ), but eventually hit the follow button and cry to myself until the follow is returned. The question came as the former King Under the Mountain stepped into a certain hobbit's home, without knocking of course, to find his dear friend sitting down to his supper. Visiting Bilbo was certainly easier now since he had relinquished the throne in Erebor. After what had happened to him, being king didn't look quite as friendly as it once did. The home of a burglar, however, seemed far more inviting.

His tone was brusque; harsh, even. Being around humans still made him uneasy, even the small ones, and unfortunately, this place was full of them. He knew he should be a little more polite, at least, that's what Balin would tell him, this was their home, after all, and he was a guest for the time being, but the odd glances in his direction did nothing to calm his nerves.
