Our mission is to bring back the BBC show Merlin (Adventures of Merlin). This campaign began on 29th December and officially commenced on 1st January with strategic plans and carefully crafted actions to help us achieve our goals in helping Merlin to return. Together we are a powerful source for creative change, open to new ideas knowing that success comes from within. >>>>>>>>>> Thank YOU ALL for being my Knights of OUR Round Table <<<<<<<<<< We share the same 'M'ission, the same 'E'nergy, the same 'R'esolve, the same 'L'ove, the same 'I'mage and the same 'N'ame.... in 7 months we grow because we want this '2 RETURN' - - - - - > "M.E.R.L.I.N. 2 Return" It was 8 months ago that I began this campaign It was 243 days ago that I began creating this family I was alone when on 29th December 2012 I decided to put my vision and my belief into action I never imagined that we would reach this stage where I would be supported and joined by over 11,300 friends from all around the world I created this global campaign to save a show - to correct the terrible way it was ended - on a low I soon realised that I was responsible for the dreams and hopes of many and i promised myself that I wouldnt let any of you down I created this campaign for a TV Show but it has become much more than this now - this campaign has brought out the best in us all I have managed to unite you all from all around the world as 1 family - 1 unite of humanity We are lucky because it is our variety that makes us all special and beautiful and if we choose to live in peace together and embrace our differences but focus on what makes us the same - focus on what similarities we do share then we really can make this world a peaceful green planet I brought you here to work together - to cast away your differences and focus on equality -respect - loyalty - courage and unity We really CAN save a TV SHOW such as merlin but lets continue to do it with honour and respect I PROMISE that I will always be here to lead you all by example and to work hard to make this a reality for us all - so you promise me to support eachother and learn to embrace life with optimism and joy I always try to say thank you to each and every one of you but I seldom get that chance so I want to say THANK YOU to you ALL Thank you for joining me - trusting me - supporting me and making this simple man's vision your vision and thank you for believing Thank you for being my "Knights of our Round Table" - each and every single one of you Phase 1 of this campaign ended at the "last Approach Action" Phase 2 began with the "Surprise Action" I have alot of plans and alot of hard work is being done behind the scenes that I cannot share at this stage - but be ready because you all now must act and share the message of this campaign WE NEED TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD THAT WE CAN DO IT!!!!! Thank YOU ____ If you are new here then this was what we achieved so far in Phase 1 (7months of this campaign) >>>>>>>>>>>>> 7 MONTHS <<<<<<<<<<<<< In just 7 months this campaign has grown to over 11,300 members In just 7 months we have over 70 as part of the "Merlin2return" global team In just 7 months we have promotional videos spreading across the world wide web sharing this campaign with more and more In just 7 months we worked together to help Colin Morgan win the Best Male Actor award at the UK's National Television Awards In just 7 months we managed to work with an Online Postcard Company (Cards In the Post) - who loved what we were doing and helped create separate websites/webpages so that all of you could send postcards to the Merlin cast and crew - The total number of postcards sent will be revealed at the end of the campaign;) In just 7 months we managed to work with an Online UK based American Candy/Sweets Company (The Stateside Candy Company) - who also loved what we were doing and helped create a seperate page on their website so that all could send in Lifesaver sweets to the BBC - The total number of postcards sent will be revealed at the end of the campaign Both of the above companies reduced their prices as much as they possibly could for us all and this led to my gratitude for their kindness in supporting us In just 7 months we went out and took pictures of taverns, pubs, cafes, restaurants and other places and sent these in to the cast and crew of merlin In just 7 months many of you made postcards yourselves and sent these in by the 100s to the cast and crew of merlin In just 7 months many of you made video messages and sent these in to the cast and crew of merlin In just 7 months many of you wrote essays of how you felt because of merlin and how its ending disappointed you and sent these in to the cast and crew of merlin In just 7 months many of you wrote your ideas for how merlin can be saved and brought back - amazing and ingenious ideas that were sent to the BBC and others In just 7 months many of you wrote emails to the cast and crew of merlin of all the above In just 7 months many of you changed your profile picture to our new logo and continue to spread this message to all In just 7 months we have a full array of Action Videos that helped explain to you all how to do the various actions needed and you all responded powerfully In just 7 months we had our first official webpage for the campaign and after that we created a new webpage, donated to us for free by a kind and anonymous donator simply to support our campaign In just 7 months you all emailed 1000s of emails to ShineTV and continue to do so In just 7 months you all called ShineTV and continue to do so In just 7 months I have spoken to the HEAD OF DRAMA AT THE BBC and got the answers we needed to move this campaign further ahead In just 7 months we ALL got our reply from ShineTV's executive Alex Mahon, who loves and admires what I and WE have created and wants to join us and has given alot of great information that we can work with In just 7 months we have become the fastest growing campaign of its kind and are still growing In just 7 months your messages of love and support astounds me and the drive and energy that we all share is amazing In just 7 months this NON-PROFIT campaign has done so much in so little time In just 7 months 1 man started this campaign with a belief and vision and now we are over 11,000 sharing this same belief and vision In just 7 months we have become a loving and supportive International Family In just 7 months we, people from all around the world, of different nations, different colours, different beliefs, different opinions, different backgrounds, different experiences, different races have shown that the variety of the human race is a beautiful thing to applaud, admire and cherish Most of all my dear dear dear friends, in just 7 months we have become ONE!!!
