the beginning: clan name

good evening y'all! I've been inspired to do my own little thing after watching multiple other comics based on clangen. this one will be a cooperative effort, with many (not all) choices being made by the viewers. I'll work more on making the blog pretty later, but let's get a first poll started, shall we?

here's some basic mockups of what their icons would look like:

I will not be locking any further choices out, such as territory choice, due to the name - I'd like to get creative with the story. excited to see where it goes!

And in general, clean your furniture and upholstery. Dust, dirt, odors, sweat, and animal dander all build up. It is terrible for your skin. And it gets worse over time. Particularly dirty furniture's smell gets on everyone and everything it makes contact with. I recently overcame a rash i am positive was from sleeping on grimey furniture.

"But girlstink" NO. there is a very clearly defined line between "stinks good" and "fucking reeks."

Spritzes of Vinegar and water kill bacteria. Sprinkling baking soda on things, letting it sit for an hour or so, and vacuuming it up kills odors and further cleans. Throws, blankets, and fabric covers allow you to decorate while also having a layer of protection that is machine washable for convenience.

I hope this helps someone who needed to hear this or never learned this.

So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????

I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.

Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?

Saw a sharp increase in my follower count after posting this. The legitimacy of it is driving me nuts so I also feel the need to say that you can follow anyone on here regardless of whether you’ve interacted with them or not. People like the above mentioned blog are exceptions. Perhaps they themselves think they aren’t and therefore will act like they aren’t, but they are, trust me.

Just follow anyone you wanna follow. The worst thing that can happen is maybe getting soft-blocked by the other person, but if they do soft-block you, then they were never that worth following in the first place.

You have to recognize your capacity for harm. You cannot omit the harm you've done to others to remain "good." Anybody can be a bigot. Anyone can be an abuser. Anyone can harm anyone at any time even those who have been harmed themselves. The world is not made up of victims and villains only, this is life, not a Saturday morning cartoon and you are a human being who can or maybe even has hurt others and you HAVE to acknowledge that to learn to be better.

LMFAO released “party rock” and “sexy and i know it” and then apologized and left the radio. many such cases, all of which are deeply fascinating to me
