I'm baaack....again haha. Anyway, the past year since I left Tumblr has been crazy but I'm determined to keep up with it again now. :). So hi!
Well, i made up my mind already and just requested to change to biomedical :)
Im considering changing to a biomedical major and i am currently enrolled in environmental biology. However, this would add an extra semester to my degree. Does anyone know which one would be better for postgraduate vet science entry?
Scored 160 on my STAT test :). Cutoff for Sydney uni vet was 150 so am happy with my result but iffy about whether its enough to get in
I'm back! I've been absent from the tumblr world for awhile due to various real life events, but I've made my return now and I'll try and be more active! :)
scandalous
i will reblog this as many times as it takes me to stop finding this funny
Being a veterinarian
What people think it’s like:
How it actually is:
Well, okay, maybe not that bad…
…I may or may not have teared up a bit reading this ;)
I needed this kind of inspiration today. :)
So because I failed chemistry last semester I can't apply for vet school this year as I haven't done a full year of credit points of study... :( Aiming towards next year now :)
Cats who can’t figure out walls [x]
PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAT TO THE VET IF YOU SEE THEM DOING THIS BEHAVIOR OVER TIME.
It’s called “head pressing” and it occurs in dogs and cats.
Head pressing is characterized by the compulsive act of pressing the head against a wall or other object for no apparent reason. This generally indicates damage to the nervous system, which may result from a number of varying causes, including prosencephalon disease (in which the forebrain and thalamusparts of the brain are damaged), or toxic poisoning.

This picture is in time with the average heart rate. What you’re hearing is the sound of your blood pumping, which you aren’t normally aware of. This picture tricks your mind into making yourself aware of your heart rate, so you hear it.
