I know it’s too late in the season at this point to start, but is there any chance of the Secret Santa returning next year, or at least eventually? This was such a good fandom experience, I miss it.

Unfortunately I am no longer enough in Doctor Who fandom to run it, and usually too busy with work to have time anyway. However, if anyone else wants to take over, feel free to message me and we can discuss it!

It's a gift exchange running on AO3, sign ups just opened and are open until 2nd October. Requirement is at least 300 words of fic or a nice sketch on plain paper, and works will go live on 23rd November. I can’t say sorry enough for being so late with this, but this is my @classicwhosecretsanta for @ettelwenailinon, one request was “Two/Jamie being dad to Victoria and/or Zoe.” I immediately thought of the two of them treating her to a wonderful Christmas, buying Zoe a bunch of new books/sciency stuff! I’ve finally finished the illustration for @waylonjenninslittlefield for this year’s Classic Who Secret Santa. Here we see a sixPeri role reversal AU, in which Dr. Smith enters the Botanist’s Tardis for the first time.

I know it’s a day late, but I would like to invite people to admire the twenty-one different planters and the various plants they hold. A full-size version is available for download on my 4Shared, in case anyone fancies this as a desktop picture. I might do another post identifying some of the plants.

Sarah wrapped her arms around the Doctor’s waist, the familiar feeling of his cape draping over her shoulders helping calm her anxiety a little. They were stood in the corner, watching as the annual chaos of the UNIT Christmas tree unfolded. The Brigadier was supposed to be supervising the ordeal but in reality, supervising meant standing there looking unimpressed. As he did most of the rest of the year.

That morning, they had all gone to pick a tree out. The UNIT boys had all taken a truck, but the Doctor had driven Sarah. She liked it when it was just the two of them, even if the Doctor drove too fast and she wasn’t convinced it was even legal for him to drive on Earth. Legality never seemed to stop the Doctor. And no matter how dodgy his driving seemed to be, Sarah trusted him.
