Update: Judge Aaron Persky is running unopposed for Seat 18 so, he is not even on the ballot.

We can file complaints about his ethics violation however. 

More info on Judge Persky: This is not the only time he has shown bias in favor of student athletes. He also coached lacrosse at Stanford. His inability to remain impartial in the face of his personal prejudices is well-established and he is unfit to serve.

Raping someone for 20 minutes is not a fucking mistake. That is not brief. For the victim, it’s an eternity of horror.

If he had accidentally hit her with his car in an instant of lapsed attention, he would have gotten more jail time. If he had experienced an instant of rage, punched her in the face, and unintentionally sent fractures of bone into her brain, killing her, he would have gotten many years in prison for at least manslaughter. But he spends 20 fucking minutes raping an unconscious women including penetrating her with an object and runs when he’s caught and he only gets 6 months because he’s such a good guy and it wasn’t, what, an hour? Two? How long is an excessive amount of time to rape someone in this guy’s eyes?
