A Long Lovely Suicide

So i dont rly get on Tumblr much, but i wanted to share this. One of my dreams came true. I'm from Augusta, GA and grew up going to all ages shows. the building changed hands and names a few times, but now. Now it's my turn. A friend and I bought the building and equipment, and built The Epicenter. My aim is to showcase visual and performace art beyond music. Live painting, art exhibitions, comedy, filmmaking AND kickass all ages show. If you're anywhere in the South-East, it's worth a visit, we have great bands from all over coming thru and it's the gathering place for all sorts of artists and lovely dreamers. uhh (shameless selfpromotion) like The Epicenter on facebook and the Gram (@the.epicenter) for updates on our events! and just... stick with your passions. this has been a dream of mine for 10 years now, and i saw an opprotunity and dogged it. from where I've BEEN to where i am now is a miracle. i was homeless, hopeless, waiting to die and now...now I'm giving back to the kids and community and world.
